Religion in Ireland
Who runs Ireland’s schools, what parents say they want, how religious affiliation is changing, and how much of the charity sector is religious.
Evidence on Irish public life, from open data
Ireland publishes a great deal of open data, from the Central Statistics Office, government departments and public registers. Most of it sits in spreadsheets that journalists, policymakers and the public rarely have the time to dig through. Fianaise turns that data into charts, maps and short analysis, with the data and code behind every figure, so anyone can check it, cite it and reuse it.
Fianaise is Irish for evidence. The site is independent and unfunded, and everything on it is free to reuse.
